4.    推薦師向有關單位發送簡歷;
5.    被推薦人進入多輪面試階段;
6.    推薦師全程關注並跟蹤進度,及時向雙方回饋資訊。
HR診斷:
1.    對被診斷對象進行全方位調研;
2.    對不同地區的同行調研;
3.    提出可行性的初步方案;
4.    簽訂合同;
5.    對方案進行修改;
